Product Variants & Usage Instructions

   GLAZARO 1309 – Glazing Agent
  • Quantity: 0.5–0.6% of total coated chocolate weight
  • Application Method:
    1. Pour a small quantity of GLAZARO 1309 into the coating pan.
    2. Rotate the pan for 6–7 minutes.
    3. Check if the coating is completely dry; use dry air if needed.
    4. Repeat until all GLAZARO 1309 is used.
    5. Ensure the chocolate surface is 100% dry, not sticky or moist.
   GLAZARO 2704 – Polishing Agent
  • Quantity: 0.2% of total coated chocolate weight
  • Application Method:
    1. Pour GLAZARO 2704 slowly and continuously onto chocolate.
    2. Rotate the pan slowly until the liquid dries completely.
    3. Once dry, slow the pan and let it rotate with dry air for 15–20 minutes.
    4. Result: smooth, hard, and uniformly coated chocolate surface.
